Day 28: Crunch Time
Aside from doing yoga, I try to do core workouts. I also found a mobile app for this that serves as my guide. Most of the time I do different variations of crunches.
A strong core optimizes your body for greater things. It keeps you healthy and very fit plus an amazing abs!
