Day 27: Warrior This is referred to as Warrior I. This pose deals with arm and leg strength. On the photo is the intstructions on how to do it with left leg bent, after doing this you must do the reverse with the right knee bent because one of the principles of yoga is balance, like yin and yang, every pose has a counter pose.
