The Road to Balance: A 30-Day Challenge
So here I am again on the road to find my center, to fulfill another goal and bring balance to my life. They say it takes 30 days to make a habit, so if you keep doing the same thing for 30 days, it will be a part of your lifestyle.
On my bucket list, I wrote that I want to climb a mountain, swim to the sea, find inner peace, run as fast as I could, and smile with happiness and content. In order to attain those goals, I have to make sure that my body, my mind, and heart could do it and aside from achieving those I get to be healthier.
Anyway, I want to share this challenge to anyone who might find this helpful or inspiring. I will try my best to post a daily update. I started last Monday, March 19, 2012.
